From a good idea to a great gathering

Every group is a little different. We’ll work through the details before confirming your visit.

01 · Tell us about your group

Start with your people.

Share your preferred date and time, guest count, ages and the occasion. A few activity ideas are helpful, but you don’t need to have it all figured out.

02 · Work out the details

Find the right fit.

Jenny will review the activity, available studio space and instructor schedule, then discuss project choices, pricing and anything your group needs to know.

03 · Confirm, then create

Put it on the calendar.

Your date is reserved when Jenny confirms the arrangements. Sending an inquiry starts the conversation; it does not automatically book a room or a class.

A few helpful details

Pottery is offered for ages three through adults.
For pottery groups larger than four, book ahead or call.
Mosaics generally take two visits: glue first, grout later.
Ask Jenny about after-hours pottery gatherings.

Simple answers.

How much does a group visit cost?

Pricing depends on the activity and projects. Pottery costs the marked piece price plus $5 for each piece. Mosaics cost $15 per visit plus the wood piece; its price includes supplies. Jenny will confirm your group’s costs before you book.

Can we choose a larger resin project?

Yes. If you choose a larger piece, the additional amount is paid at the register when you finish.

Can we take pottery home the same day?

Painted pottery goes offsite for firing. The estimate is 7–10 days, but please wait for the studio to confirm your pieces are ready before coming to collect them.

What if we need to change our plans?

Contact Jenny by phone or email. The studio handles changes and any paid cancellation refunds personally; refunds or replacement dates are not automatic.

Can we bring food or plan a special setup?

Include those ideas in your inquiry so Jenny can confirm what works for your activity and the studio space.
